Emre Turan

Wife of Emre Turan, who has ulcerative colitis: "My husband, who weighed 90 kilograms, now weighs 80 kilograms. My husband is one step closer to death every minute he stays in prison. I don't want my two sons to be fatherless''



Hakan Kanat

 Hakan Kanat, who has thyroid cancer, has been imprisoned for 87 months despite the cancerous cells in his throat, on the grounds that he has a Bank Asya account and sends his child to a school closed down by the state of emergency decree.



Özge Özbek 

Sick prisoner Özge Özbek has diseases such as brain tumour, epilepsy, asthma and vertigo. She was taken from the hospital and arrested 3 days after she underwent open-brain surgery in 2020. Özbek, who is  struggling to survive in prison, should be urgently treated.

İsmet Özçelik

The daughter of İsmet Özçelik who was kidnapped from Malaysia:

"My father has been imprisoned for years without charge. It is not enough that you have been holding my father, who has a heart disease, captive for 6 years, you do not release him even though he is on probation.''

Esra Ekmekçi 

Esra Ekmekçi, who was arrested 6 months ago on invalid charges, has still not been reunited with her autistic son Tarık.

What happened to the release of mothers with sick children? Why is the new execution law not applied to the mother of Tarık with autism?

Mehmet Parlak

Mehmet Parlak, a court clerk under a state of emergency decree, has been living with one kidney for 10 years. He lost 15 kg in prison. He is currently being treated in hospital. He still has not been released, although the institution of forensic medicine should urgently grant a stay of execution.

Bahadır Sulukan, son of Şerife Sulukan with 89 percent disability:

"My mother, who is confined to bed, has been in prison for 17 months. She is alone in the ward and is now on depression medication. My mother needs to be released because she is being held in prison for non-criminal justification"

Gülden Aşık

This is the cry of Gülden Aşık, who lost her 8-week-old baby in prison, has been struggling with cancer for years, has not been released despite the report that she cannot stay in prison and the ECHR decision, and is separated from her 3 children!

Yazgül Dural

Yazgül Dural, a housewife who was arrested with her husband in November 2022 as part of investigations against the Gülen Movement, suffers from hydrocephalus. Suffering from dizziness, vomiting and loss of balance, Dural is unable to take care of herself alone.

Tercanlıoğlu couple 

3-MONTH-OLD BABY SEPARATED FROM HIS MOTHER

The couple Zarif - Sümeyye Tercanlıoğlu were arrested for acts that the ECHR said were 'not a crime'. The mother, who did not want to put her 3-month-old son in prison, handed the breastfeeding baby over to her sister.

Abdulalim Kaya 

How right is it to keep Abdulalim Kaya (85), who has kidney failure, dementia and diabetes, in prison despite his illness?
The situation of Abdulalim Kaya and all seriously ill prisoners should be reviewed.


Gültekin Avcı

Arrested journalist Gültekin Avcı is losing his balance, falling and getting injured because he is not given his medication. Although Avcı demands that his medication be provided, the prison administration rejects his request!

Elderly and sick detainees

Over 80 years of age, there are seriously ill prisoners who are imprisoned even though they cannot meet their needs. If the justice system did not have a 'blood feud' with these people, they would not be convicted in revenge judgements.


Abdullah Aydoğan

Abdullah Aydoğan (80), who was arrested for donating land to a school within the scope of Gülen Movement investigations, has been in prison since January 2019. Aydoğan lost his right eye in prison due to neglect.
